Yes, dogs are most welcome at the park and at the gathering. The park rules
say they have to be on a leash. There are several bodies of water at this
place so a water lovers dream come true.

Glad you can make it.
The Gathering is at Hop Brook Lake in MIddlebury CT.
They have a website for directions.
The time is noon.
